Election of Board of Directors

An annual meeting of the members is held each summer. Included on the agenda are Committees & Reports from all officers and standing committees and election of Directors. Directors must be members of the Bertinetti Lake Front Property Owners Association, Inc. and serve a 2 year term. According to the bylaws, there are at least 7 Directors.
