Bylaw 1 - Purposes and Objectives

In amplification of the purposes for which this Not for Profit Corporation has been formed as set forth in teh Articles of Incorporation, the purposes and objectives are as follows: a) To promote good lake stewardship and watershed management among the lake property owners and lake users; b) To develop and implement watershed, in-lake, and shoreline restoration and management practices in cooperation with the lake owner; c) To do anything necessary and proper fo rthe accomplishment of any purpose of the Association.

The Association is organized as a Not for Profit Corporation and no part of the funds of the Association shall inure to the benefit of any individual members.

Regulations on Lake Use

1. Use of Bertinetti Lake is limited to Members of the Association and invitees and members of the immediate family of each Member. For all Lake use each Member of the Association is responsible for (i) the acts and conduct of the invitees and members of the immediate family, and (ii) full compliance with these Regulations on Lake Use by all invitees and members of the immediate family of each Member.

Covenants and Land Uses for Lake Bertinetti Subdivisions

1. All lots shall be used exclusively for residential purposes, and not more than one residential structure shall be placed on each lot. Each of saide structures shall be limited to use as a single-family, detached dwelling, not exceeding two and one-half stories in height with private garage for not more than three automobiles. (Excerpt from covenant 1.)
